Pointless Story #3

With all this talk of x-ray machines on the news lately, I've been thinking how I'd like to get a huge x-ray machine for my house. I'd love to see all the inner-workings of the 110 year old pipes and walls and such. If this x-ray did exist you would see, coming from my bath tub, 50 feet of piping and then a RAT. Okay, so not a real rat, like the one I once kicked while walking down the street, but "A RAT" is what the plumber cried out as he pulled the goo from the pipes.

When I told Bret this he asked me if I got a picture of it. I'm pretty sure that me standing one inch away from the plumber like a trustee plumber side kick was strange enough as it is. Not to mention me cheering him on as he finagled our pipes

I love the way the sunlight hits the bacon in this picture

In case you are wondering if you will ever find anything deep and moving on this blog, chances are you won't. I'm not good at accurately depicting my emotions and true feelings on the world wide web. So instead you'll learn things like what I have eaten for dinner every single night for the past 3 weeks. Yes, that's right, 21 days of BARTS (bacon, avacado, ranch, tomato) sandwiches. Now you might be thinking, "Didn't Thanksgiving happen?". Well, yes it did and Bret and I ate BART sandwiches off of Hwy 1 at Big Sur on Thanksgiving. What is most shocking to me that I am just now realizing is that I have eaten 52 pieces of bacon in less than a month... maybe I should stop after tonight. or tomorrow.
